Based on the previous year cutoff Trends and your score , being an OBC candidate you only have chances to the good private medical colleges . You could have chances for government medical colleges but this year the cutoffs are expected to be high so your chances seem very less or no chances . But do not worry you can surely expect  an MBBS seat in the good private medical colleges but you have not mentioned your quota and your preferred region where you want to get seat . As different colleges of India have different cutoffs according to counselling or the quota so without knowing these two things about you I cannot tell you the college you can get but you can surely expect  MBBS seat .
