Hello aspirant,
You have less chances of getting MBBS in a government college with this score. The chances are more for BDS. You can also get a seat in a private college for MBBS. But do try in government college also for MBBS as there is some chance of getting. I cannot tell the exact college you can get as the cutoff varies every year. But you can use our website's college predictor tool to have a look which colleges you can get based upon your rank.

Thank you.
Hello aspirant. As per your category OBC, you have a reservation of 27% seats under All India Quota. Moreover the cut off for the OBC category is 40 percentile i.e ranges from 133-107 neet scores for 2019. Now as for getting MBBS or BDS in any government college, if you have a rank *under 70,000* then you have a high possibility of getting MBBS in a government college or else being *under 1,00,000* may fetch you a BDS seat in any respected college. Please make note that the rank criteria I have told are under Common Rank List. It would have been better to answer if you have had told your rank rather than marks.
