Sorry i am not Aditi but i can answer your question. The code of CET that you have mentioned corresponds to BBA and since you have not mentioned Delhi Quota i'll give information about both. For MAIT the rank closed at 3891 for evening batch for a Delhiite and at 2637 for a non Delhiite while for MSIT the rank closed at 3667 for a Delhiite and and 2690 for a non. The above ranks are concerned to the scenario after sliding round last year. So your chances are slim. But you may get a seat in the spot round.

According to your IPU CET rank 4424 for code 125 that is BBA , there are tough chances for you to get admission in MAIT or MSIT even in 2nd Shift ( evening)

Still there are some good colleges in which you can opt such  as

Since you have not mentioned any special category I'm am mentioning the closing ranks for general category. The cutoff for BBA in GGSIPU is very high because the number of colleges that have BBA is very less. The cutoff for BBA in Maharaja Surajmal is closing rank 279 and in Maharaja Agrasen is closing rank 349. There are other colleges like Jagan Institute of Management studies or Jagannath International management school but their cutoff does not exceed the closing rank 853.
