Yes, of course you can take admission in a government college but a few colleges take admission on your marks. The qualifying cutoff marks for the NEET exam for this year is 113 and above for SC category.

Yes you can get government college. As you know that cutoff score for SC will be lower than general category student and this can be advantageous for sc candidates. As you didn't mentioned your state or domicile i couldn't say more about the colleges you may get as there is 85% state quota then you have total chances of getting a medical seat. Go through the counseling process as you might grab a chance in medical colleges.
