With a score of 444 in obc category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 485 was required to fetch one a seat in the government medical colleges of Vidisha and Ratlam in obc category under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection

Good luck
As cut-off marks vary year to year depending upon number of students appear in the exam and the difficulty level of the exam so this year the cut-off marks is slightly higher as compared to previous year so based upon your marks your chances of getting a seat in government medical College under 85% state quota seats is difficult but you can try for private medical colleges.
