I got 445 neet score and 136500 air and 7935 sc category rank so can I get any govt. or semi govt college in haryana or any other state sir pls suggest me

The qualifying score for SC category is 146-113 which you clearly qualify with quite decent scores. Although getting government colleges is a bit tough but you might get admission in the 2nd or 3rd round of counselling. You can look for private colleges as well.
