I would say a no, because with this rank it's very difficult to get into ipu but you fill the counselling and wait for spot round if there are seats left, then you can get and that's the only chance for you to get into ipu.

Thank for the answer there are total 547 candidates who belongs to the given category and out of it 70% are from outside Delhi . So is there is any chance
