Chances are less for getting a government college. Because this year's competition is quite high. But there are chances for you to get a seat in private and deemed colleges. As you have not mentioned about your category, it becomes a more difficult task to predict the chances. But there are chances for you to get a seat in BDS, BAMS, BHMS.
If you are desperate about government medical college then take NEET next year also. You will definitely nail it. Let me remind you that most of the population who have secured a seat this year was taking NEET for second rt third time. Even the one who got 720/720 this year was taking NEET for the second time.
