I'm sorry but I don't think you'll get a government MBBS college but you might make it to Semi Government BDS colleges. You will get good private colleges but you have to pay a lot for that.
Regarding your 2nd option. If you're sure that you can crack it next year and you're full confident about it then go for a drop, if not then I'd suggest you to do something else. B.Sc in DU is a good option if you really want to do research or become a professor in future. And abroad is not a bad option as well but after completing your grads in abroad, you have to face a test conducted by MCI so that you can practice in India.
