The cutoff marks for government medical colleges through all india quota is above 550 and since your mark is 448 and also you are a candidate belonging to reserved category you may have chances of getting into government colleges.

According to the marks you are expecting you have very less chances to get into govt colleges in any state through the AIQ in the open category.
Only score above 550 is considered for MBBS seats in the AIQ.
