Since you have not mentioned your domicile and other relevant details , it willl be little difficult to predict precisely the exact number of colleges that you can get with this rank .However, based on the previous year cutoff and with your above mentioned rank , You have some chances to get seat in some colleges , but it's only the prediction as the cutoff chages every year and it's different for different category students .
But, you do have probability of getting free seat in B.Pharmacy compared to Pharm.D since there is a tough competition for Pharm.D and the cut offs are also very less. So, as per my knowledge getting free seat in Pharm.D with 59K eamcet rank for general category is not possible.
