Yes, you can definitely eligible for neet. There is no constrains for marks. The age should be above 17 at the time of writing and born before 31st December. For further details visit the link given below,

yes you are elligible for neet exams as per your marks cuz neet demands an aggregate marks in pcb to be 50% which is in your case satisfied however there are some other eligibilty criteria so i advice you to go through this
