Glad to inform you that having such an marks you have chances of securing a seat in Kasturba Medical College Mangalore as Most probably the cutoff for this year will be around 450. 500+ is safe but still people with 450 to 460 marks can pray for best and wait for mop up round. The cutoff for last year was around 460. Wish you best of luck.

If you belong to a general category then your chances of getting a seat in KMC is moderate as the expected cut off marks for general candidate will be above 480 marks but you can try for management quota seats in KMC.i hope this information helps you.
