As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have chance to grab seat in telengana state under the state quota benefit and of obc category.

- Government Medical College, Siddipet 415
- Government Medical College, Mahabubnagar 422
- Government Medical College, Nizamabad 417

If you want to take admission in telangna medical govt. College then it is too tough to get admission and I am saying this by seeing previous year cut off
As cut off ranges from : 537 to 588.
And in OBC CATEGORY in this category only one college give the admission and the cut off is :542.

For the state quota and obsessed category the cut off ranges from: 412 to 471.
