As you have secured 45000 rank in JEE mains from your OBC category then there is no chance that you can get iiit Gwalior.
Even for female student there is no chance that you can get iiit Gwalior in josaa all rounds counselling.
Here are the last year cutoff closing rank for josaa 7th round counselling for female OBC category students :-
4-Year B.E./B.Tech. Course :-
Computer Science and Engineering - 7794
5-Year Integrated B.Tech. + M.Tech./MBA Course :-
Integrated B.Tech.(IT) and M.Tech (IT) - 11150
Integrated B.Tech.(IT) and MBA - 13171
Now you will not get any seat in IIIT Gwalior in josaa all rounds counseling, but you can get seat in 5 year integrated course during CSAB round 1 counselling. Here are the last year cutoff ranks for CSAB round 1 counselling for female OBC category student :-
4-Year B.E./B.Tech. Course
Computer Science and Engineering - 31988
5-Year Integrated B.Tech. + M.Tech./MBA Course
Integrated B.Tech.(IT) and M.Tech (IT) - 43755
Integrated B.Tech.(IT) and MBA - 47023
So as you can see with 45000 rank in OBC category you have chance to get only five year integrated course in IIIT Gwalior. But the chances can be little bit difficult also, because there is no surety that the seats will remain vacant.
