Getting admission into college depend on certain  factors like:-

• No. of students appeared
• Seat intake
• Category
• Previous years trends
• Candidates applying for specific course

So as you have mentioned your rank and category , then I must tell there are some decent chances of getting BVsc in counselling. Well its hard to say in which counselling you will get a seat because it solely depends on colleges cutoffs and seat availability criteria. There are also less seats in BVsc as compared to Btech. But nevertheless if you apply for counselling you will get your results but you need to wait patiently and fill your choices wisely.
