Woth 455 marks in neet 2019 under unreserved category+ ews category your chances of getting a good government medical college in Maharashtra under 85% state quota seats is quite low.
Still you can try for following two colleges based on their previous year's cutoff marks:-
1.Shri Vasant Rao govt.medical college, Nasik - ------ 400 marks.
2.Government medical college, Akola --
-------- 428 marks.
So hope for the best and sit for the counselling.

It is slightly difficult with such marks because the cut off this year went quite high.Based on 2018 trends considering your marks you may get
- Government medical college, Akola
- Shri Vasant Rao rao Naik Government medical college, Yavatmal.
You may get seat if there are vacancies.Hope for the best.
