You didn't mention whether you're considering state quota or AIQ.

Looking at the statistical data of previous years Cutoffs for AIQ, I'm sorry to say but there are low chances to get a govt MBBS seat with this score.

Looking at the statistical data of previous years Cutoffs for state quota, There are fair chances that you may get a seat in LALA LAJPAT RAI MEDICAL COLLEGE.

The cutoff for other colleges has been remarkably high.

But I would suggest you to not loose hope as the cutoff depends on various factors like difficulty level of the exam,  number of students appearing for the same etc.

Hello Zoya, If UP is your home state then you can get colleges like Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College,(Closing rank marks was 429 in 2018 for OBC home state candidates),  and you might get a seat in Motilal Nehru Medical College, Allahabad (Closing rank marks was 465 in 2018 for OBC home state candidates). Although your admission in Motilal Nehru college is not sure you can definitely get a seat in Lala Lajpat Rai college but you would have to wait till the final round to get your seat.  But keep in mind that you will only get the above colleges if UP is your home state otherwise you won't have any chance if you are other state candidate.
