Hello Vinod, Yes you can definitely get admission in all the colleges in Telangana given that you are from ST category and Telangana is your home state. Some of the top colleges are Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, Gandhi Medical College, Secunderabad and Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal.
