IIT GUWAHATI (554)
IIT HYDERABAD (777)
IIT ROORKEE (416)
IIT BHU (908)
And in the lower IITs, you may try for any as all of them have recorded a closing rank of more than 100. All the best!!

Now coming to your ques. ,If you only want cse then probable iits will be guwahati, hyderabad. And all the other iits which are ranked lower than that ie bhu, all the newly made iits. But this is a analysis based on last year cutoffs so it may vary sometimes.
