With this score getting a government seat in MBBS is difficult.There are less chances of getting a government but private surely you can get.You hold a good chance of getting a BDS government college and it also depends on the state you are looking for

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota.
