I got 46 in maths but i scored 78 in physics and 65 in chemistry am i eligible for nata

Well yes, you are eligible for the NATA exam. The minimum marks are required in 10+2 in any stream is 50% with maths as 40% of marks.
The application form will be available from January 18 to 30th March 2019.And there is no age limit.

You should have 50% aggregate marks in 12th in all subjects as minimum for general category from a recognised University to be eligible for NATa.
So in case you have above 50% aggregate marks in 12th you are eligible
