I got 46 percentile in mhtcet 19 , can i get admission in b pharmacy via cap rounds?

You can get admission if any of the colleges have a low cutoff, but I don't know of any such college who has a low cutoff, but you can do your research. There are a few colleges that give admission through their internal against cap rounds, where your chance of admission will improve. So my advice would be, try for those. All the best!
