You have secured a mar k of 460 in NEET UG 2019. As you belong to OBC category according to previous year cutoffs of St. Johns Medical college you have no chance of gettig admission into this college. As you belong to OBC category from kerla you are eligible for
All india open merit quota. However the last year admission i.e. 2018-19 data of All india open merit category is as follows (closing cut off ranks)
All india open category AIR 2174 to AIR 8823
With a score of 460 is impossible to get a seat under all india open merit quota. However the cutoffs are subjected to change depending upon level of question paper and no of candidates appeared etc. For more info kindly go through the link given below

Hello,
If i consider the previous year records then you have negligible chances of getting admission in st johns medical college.as far as i am concerned the college does not hold any quota for reserved category rather it has reservation for catholic people.
