But there are pretty good chances for you to get a seat in IHM Mumbai. My answer is based on previous years cutoffs. Cutoffs for IHM Pusa and Mumbai  for OBC candidates are as follows:

IHM Mumbai        4430          4073          4430          6342          5620

So based on the above cutoffs 2017 and 2018 you have pretty good chances to get a seat in IHM Mumbai. But we can't assure it as cutoff varies from year to year.
