In 2018 under State Quota, 338 marks secured a seat in Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences ubder OBC Category. That has been the cut off. With 461 marks you have a decent chance at:

Gudag Institute of Medical Sciences among others. Now this is 2018 data. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This year it has been speculated that the cut offs for Government Medical Colleges will be increased by 25 marks.
