Cutoffs depend on the number of seats available ,the number of applicants , previous year cutoff trends , marks scored by your competitors etc. .Based on the score you have got ,your overall rank would be 80410 - 97560. Usually for OBC, 480-500+ is a safe score for government colleges,and this year especially the competition has gone up. So based on the previous year cutoff your you may not get government seat in the first round , but there are chances in the second or the last round . It all depends on the seat availability. Anyways you have decent chance so attend the counselling and see.
