I got 46149 rank in SRM examination and I want to get admission in computer science or IT sector in gaziabad branch .Is it good??

Hey.
In NCR campus of SRM, the college doesn't offer you specialisation in a particular field of CS branch. If you are ok with it and can do by your own from coaching institutes, then it is well and good.
But if you want specialization, you can go for GLA university in Mathura. It is better than NCR colleges.
