I got 463 , category SC rank:6278 and AIR:119265 from Odisha. may i get a government college or not from 85% quota.

Hello Hemanta,
For the state counselling process your state rank will be assigned based on your All India Rank in NEET . Since you belong to SC category , you may have chances for government seat through state counselling but through all India quota it is difficult. Since this year the cutoffs have increased a safe score for your category would be 450+ and a rank below 1 lakh but however you may attend the state counselling , you may have a chance in the second round.
