Hi Rutuja, according to guidelines of NEET UG 2019, you need to pass all the subjects that is physics chemistry and biology individually and you must have an aggregate of 50 percentage in PCB, and if you have any caste reservation, the aggregate can even be 40 percentage, so yeah if you have passed with 46.33 percentage according to your board rules, and if you have cleared subjects individually and as you say if you have case reservation of OBC, you are eligible, good luck buddy
