I got 464 mark in neet 2019 with a rank of 73012. i am from OBC category.Do there any chance for me to get admission in gov medical college

Your score is good but as the cutoff has increased this year so your chances of getting a government medical College is very low in AIQ. Though with this score you can try private colleges you may get a seat in private colleges.
