i got 464.5 composite score in mat and below 26.4 percentile is there any chances to get admission in best B schools

Eligibility to take admission in good business school is bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate from a recognized University.
You should have a good score in MAT/CAT/XAT exam to get admission into good B school. Since you have scored 464.5 marks, you need to give the exam again and try to score above 650 as the score above 650 is a good score and you will get your desired B school.
