I suggest you to participate in every round and stay in touch with each andevery update of counselling there are not much chances for you to get admission in firt round but then also participate and stay in process till last mop up round.

I would suggest you to go in every round of counseling. Because your marks are not enough to fetch you a government medical college.
Atleast 500+ marks are required for getting a government medical college for sc category all over India.
There are chances that you will get a seat till last round.
