Admission in M tech is based on your GATE score and interview marks
GATE score hold 70% and interview hold 30% important

To give admission in M.Tech. The university consider GATE/NET scores with at least 60% marks. You have to apply for admission. On the basis of merit, the university calls for further interviews and counseling sessions.

{Anything above 570 stand a chance.Seats are very less in etc department(15) for general and there are 5 sub departments, each carrying 3 seats. They are microwave, communication, control, electron devices and computer engineering(don't confuse with cs department that's different)So microwave was the most preferred branch and cutoff was 623(first round 630 and only one guy didn't took and was then set at 623 )next was electron devices and communication 622(first list but all took admission  and no seat was vacant after first round)then control 570 I guess(went for three to four rounds) and computer was around 565.} this was of last year

hope you get this year I think you will get >

Best of luck
