Even after considering your ST quota you don't hold any chances to get seat in any of the IIIT on the basis of your mentioned JEE-Main score but you can go for some other colleges.

As per your percentile in JEE-Main 2022,

Now on such CRL rank you can have chances in following colleges based on your JEE-Main rank :-
