It depends upon the JEE Main and JEE Advance cut offs, If You manage to qualify the exam by achieving the cut off, You can apply for JOSAA Counselling. It should be noted the cut off for EWS/SC/ST/FEMALES/OBC category is lower than the general category

Based on your category rank, under All India seat you might NOT be able to get into majority of NIT or IIITs under Other State quota. However, you may have a good chance in Home State quota depending on the state. Hello you have got an good rank in jee and as you are in obs you can get  admission in nig and iiit as procedure for counselling wilk be begining shortly you can apply and have patience do  choice filling carefully and do wait for seat as  surely you can get into best one out of nit and iiit.

I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.



As nits or iiits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.



Even in lower nits the closing cutoff for lower branches like metallurgy or mining engineering ends upto a maximum 16 k to 18k .Either you take part in any other councelling process or take admission into any prestigious private institutes.
