The CET score doesn't tell you much. It just tells you how well you scored in the test. But that's not what the colleges require. What colleges ask for is your CET rank, which basically tells them how well you performed amongst others. You are given a rank based on the combined score of the CET test and board marks (equal weightage). So just a good score in CET is not sufficient. Your board marks also count. Moreover the difficulty of the CET paper and quality of students who write the exam differ each year. The board marks differ from student to student. So you can't generalise a good score. It's different for different students
