Hi there,
Since you have completed (10+2) from Delhi, you are eligible for state counselling for Delhi. However, at these marks, it is quite difficult to attain a government college seat even at BC category in AIQ as well as in state counselling.
As for BDS, you can expect a government dental college through state counselling. Please check here the cut off trends for NEET 2020: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges
The cut off changes every year and this year a huge variation is seen due to the number of seats, the number of students registered and the highest marks/percentile in the exam, accordingly the ranks and marks cut offs for various universities are decided.
I would recommend you to use our college predictor tool to find out the best college suitable for your marks range here: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Hope this helped...
Good Luck !!
