First of all congrats on your score ,but I am sorry to say , this is not a rank that lets you choose among different colleges.But if you are sc , or st from karnataka then you can get into colleges like SJCE, or vidyavardhaka in merit.

Every year the cutoff rank of colleges and streams will change accordingly. different branches will hold different cutoff ranks. Soon KEA will release the cutoff ranks of all colleges in karnataka. U may find where u stand after looking into it.
