If you belong to GENERAL CATEGORY, the chances of getting a seat via the 85% state quota is pretty less since the cut off scores will be as high as 550 or above under any circumstances.

With a score of 471 getting a government medical college seat in Maharashtra would be difficult especially if you are availing the 15% all India quota seats for which you will be requiring usko and excess of 580 to 600 out of 720 however with the 85% state quota reservation which would be applicable if you have a domicile of that state as you are saying you do have then also the cutoff will be in excess of 550 out of 720 which you do not claim to have scored

So be patient and wait for the results
