you cannot apply for kpc through all india quota. all india quota counselling is only for government colleges and kpc is a private college. kpc has some of its seats reserved for government quota which one can apply to through state quota counselling. these seats cost quite lesser than management quota seats. but with your marks i dont think you will get the government quota seat there incase you are unreserved. you have to apply for management quota in that case.

Dear Aishwarya, KPC Medical College is a Private Medical College and West Bengal is not an Open State. Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and the seats are filled through State Counselling alone. The 85% State Quota and Private Colleges are filled by the respective State Authorities. And there are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. B Category seats are also called Management Quota Seats and they are filled through Direct Admissions by contacting the College directly. Here the fees is usually nothing less than 40 lakhs. The last Category is NRI seats Category and you cannot apply for that. So you cannot get admission on KPC Medical College through All India Quota.

Your marks are pretty fine, you shouldn't be facing much problem im admission in the KPC medical College since the cutoff for the UR through state quota was 470 marks and for management quota was 460 marks. You lie above the cutoff of last year and thus you won't face much problem in the admission.
