I got 474 and I belong to obc of Andhra Pradesh and i don't have chance under a category so ...how should I apply for management quota?

You have scored very good marks plus you have OBC reservation, so you have a good chance of getting admission through it.
For taking admission through management quota you need to pay alot of money as the college gives you a paid seat. Their is no need to appear in the entrance test or any eligibility process. They give direct admission. You need to contact the administration dept of the college to know the requirement for the process.
