As you have mentioned that you belong to general (UR) category and your score is 476.
Although it is very difficult to predict the cutoff as it depends on various factors.
But looking at the cutoff of the past few years and observing the trend, I can say that you have a good chance of getting a seat in a government college.

Last year cut off for general candidates in UP under state quota was 522 at Faculty of Dental Sciences, Lucknow and under AIQ was 525 at Faculty of Dental Science, King George Medical University.
So going by previous years cut off it seems difficult to get a BDS seat at 476. However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change each year.
You can get a seat in private dental college at this score under general category.

sorry to say this score is not enough to get secure a seat in government dental colleges of utterpradesh.
last year cutoff was 522. but if you are interested to study in private dental colleges then there are a few colleges according to your cutoff. follow the below link to know further details,
