According to previous year cutoffs trend, there is very low chances for you to get government college for MBBS in your category in Andhra Pradesh. To get government college one must score atleast 540+ marks in NEET UG exam in your category.

Also in private medical colleges you can get admission in MBBS only through management quota. However the cutoff changes every year due to various factors such as number of students participated in counselling and number of students attempted exam, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more.
