Based upon your score and previous year cutoff trends   and also taking into account the expected high cutoffs this year , you have no chances of getting a seat in government medical colleges. You only have chances of getting a seat in private medical colleges like PES institute of medical sciences and research , Apollo institute of medical sciences and research etc.
