According to the rank and category mentioned by you in the question you have almost no chances of getting into any of the good IITs. See there are very few seats under SC category which remains vacant for Preparatory courses so on such Preparatory rank it is not possible to get any of the NIT as per previous year's cut-off. If your preparatory rank would be under 200-250 then you might get some of the IITs but on such rank unfortunately you cannot get any IIT. If you are female then only you can get some lower IITs like IIT Dhanbad and that too with 5-Year integrated course.
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
