Dear Satish,

Firstly you must have completed MBBS from an institute in Andhra Pradesh. If you secured 47900 rank in NEET PG then you do have a chance in getting a seat in Andhra Pradesh colleges. Some of the colleges where you can apply are:

ACSR Government Medical College in Nellore.
Sri Venkateswara Medical College in Tirupati.
Sri Padmavathi Medical College(for women only) in Tirupati.
