I got 47k crl in jee mains..and 3k gen rank (470 gen girl) in upsee...in which counseilling should I participate..i am from up HS...

Its really tough to get good NIT with this rank and getting cs at good NIT with this rank is even more difficult,  if you want to get a rough idea about NIT cutoffs you can refer to the following link where previous year cutoffs of NIT's are provided
