Hope you are doing well. As per your marks, you can easily get a very good college and can get admission for M.Tech. You can apple in different college and whichever you liked the best you can take admission apart from that your concern about being a non karnataka candidate, as far as I know there is no such rule for not able to get admission if you are not a resident of Karnataka.
