I got 4800 in aiims 2019.and obc rank 1402. shall I go for the open round of counselling do I have any chances

AIIMS are prestigious institutes. The number of seats here are very less and hence there is a tough competition.
The total number of seats is around 1400, which suggests that you have almost no chances of getting admission in your preferred college ie AIIMS.
